Well, what do you know... my second wedding coverage, and still please cut me some slack..
Actually, Siti Salindra (Linda) is my cousin.
And this coverage is a gift from me, for her special day. And at the same time as an assignment to improve my technique.
2-3 days before the event, I offered my service as back-up cameraman. But that's before she told me she doesn't have official cameraman... Erkkk 
Once again, a huge responsibility is placed on my shoulders!
Without anyone to turn to, I braced myself to that challenge and the rest is history..

This is an image captured in the holy month of Ramadhan, during a Terawikh prayer at Bandar Kinrara's Mosque.
It was actually a few sof (lines) of jamaah (group of people) left, after eight (8 ) rakaat of terawikh.
Why 'Kudrat / Strenght of Devotion'? The image of the boy and the old man on the little bench speak for themself.

This is my first wedding coverage, so cut me some slack... 
It was a special request from the groom (Azmi) whom is my friend for the past 4 years or so. The request came from him 1-2 weeks before the occasion. Although I did offer to photograph his wedding 1-2 months back, he really caught me by surprise.
His request was that, I'll be the back-up cameraman for the wedding. But, that's before he tell me that the main cameraman won't be coming. Suddenly I feel the goose bumps...
With no one to turn to, I had to improvise on what I learnt and trying to digest from the work of others. Although there are a lot of improvements needed, it was going well.
Congratulation to Azmi and Umi, may you have a wonderful life ahead and may you have alot of children...

Images are taken at a Pasar Malam @ Night Market in Taman Kinrara few weeks ago.
I have always wanted to capture the hustle, bustle and the mood of Pasar Malam; and well the loaned camera really made my day.
Had a great time with it, but one thing I realized when using digital camera. I become clumsy and less focused. I'll take less time composing the picture as I usually do with film SLR camera. And most of the images doesn?t come out really good in terms of framing and composition... Maybe I'm taking the ability-to-preview-and-delete, too much for granted!
But with 130++ images shot, a few come out well
*DSLR may provide a different story

Nie gambar2 raya yang aku janjikan. Seronok betul amik gambar raya tahun nie.
Tapi actually aku tak puas hati dengan dua2 kedai gambar yang uruskan dua roll filem aku tuh. Kedai KODAK yg pertama (IOI puchong) membuatkan warna gambar aku jadi panas dengan warna yang kurang natural... Kedai KODAK yang kedua (Mid Valley) tak boleh print 8R guna filem aku... So, lepas nie kena guna filem lain (FUJI, KONICA) or cari kedai lain... HAMPEH!!
#1 & #2 - Pemandangan rumah aku di malam raya. Letak pelita raya kat jalan ke rumah bagi berseri skit.
#3 - Gambar ruang tamu yang dah uzur. 2 hari 1 malam dengan tidur 2 pagi semata2 nak ngabiskan mengecat... Sofa pon takde dah reput, tinggal kusyen jerk
#4 & #5 - Syahdu tak tengok gambar2 nie??... Emosi btul akak aku, musti banyak wat salah nie
#6 & #7 - Bermaafan di Hari Raya
#8 & #9 - Family Photo. Family abang aku jerk yg takde... tiap2 tahun gitu lah...
#10 & #11 - Lepas solat raya, semua ahli blok berkumpul dan baraan bersama2. Tradisi nie bermula 3-4 tahun lepas... Setiap tahun orang veteren makin berkurangan, tapi bebudak makin ramai... "Esok kalau yang tua2 dah takde, yang muda2 teruskan lah baraan yee", luah salah seorang pakcik pada aku masa baraan aidilfitri tahun lepas... (sayu)
#12 - DIY rambut raya... Tukang gunting tuh abang aku...
